International trademark registration across UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman handled by GCC-licensed trademark attorneys. Filing begins within 48 hours. Your priority date is locked the day we file.
One filing ยท One consultant ยท One invoice ยท All 6 IP authorities
A Qatar trademark registration protects your brand in Qatar and nowhere else. If your business trades in, ships to, or distributes across Saudi Arabia, UAE or Kuwait, those markets are completely unprotected. A competitor can legally register your brand name in Riyadh tomorrow, and your Qatar certificate cannot stop them.
The cost of protecting all six GCC countries together is typically less than double the cost of a single-country filing and far less than the legal cost of defending an infringement.
For the cost of 2 filings, own the entire Gulf.
Trusted by leading brands & founders across the GCC
From global enterprises to homegrown GCC favourites we protect the marks behind the names you know.
One single filing, full GCC coverage, every detail handled by a GCC‑licensed legal team from your first brand search to your official certificate.
Our qualified trademark attorneys and IP lawyers manage every filing directly no outsourcing, no intermediaries. MOE-licensed in the UAE with verified counsel relationships across all six Gulf states.
GCC IP offices require all trademark filings to be submitted by a locally licensed agent. UK and US firms must engage a GCC correspondent adding cost, delay, and an extra layer. We are the GCC correspondent.

Everything you need to know about registering a trademark across the GCC.
On average, the full process takes around 6 to 12 months from filing to certificate, including the examination and 30-day Gazette publication period. We lock in your priority date as soon as we file.
Typically a copy of your trade licence (for companies) or passport (for individuals), a clear copy of the logo/mark, and a signed power of attorney. We prepare and check everything for you.
TM (Trademark) used for unregistered marks; signals you claim ownership of a name or logo. SM (Service Mark) same as TM but specifically for services rather than physical goods. R (Registered) only used after official registration; gives full legal protection under law. C (Copyright) protects original creative works such as books, art, software and music.
You can legally use the ยฎ symbol only after your trademark is officially registered and you've received your certificate. Using ยฎ before registration can be considered misleading. Until then, use the โข (or SM for services) symbol to show that you claim ownership of the mark while your application is being processed.
When there is a โข on the brand name or logo, it indicates that the trademark application has been filed and the registration is under process. An applicant can use the โข beside their brand name or logo once the application is filed, and can keep using it until registration is done. After completion of registration, the โข gets replaced by ยฎ, which means the trademark registration is completed and is valid for 10 years (renewable thereafter).
